 Shipping

We only ship to the 48 states in the Continental USA. Most items will be

shipped within 48 hours and should be received in 7-10 business days.

** We strive to achieve 100% perfection when it comes to our estimated

delivery timelines, however; we can not control exact delivery times,

and do not guarantee delivery dates. Please keep in mind that holidays,

inclement weather, and other situations beyond our control can

sometimes cause a short delay.

 


Scheduling Delivery

Deliveries are generally scheduled between Monday thru Friday 9:00 am

thru 5:00 pm.  Please note that any missed deliveries may incur

additional redelivery costs.

 


Accepting Delivery

1) Count the number of cartons received and match it against the

number of cartons indicated on the Freight Bill

2) If there are missing cartons you are to write it on the freight bill

3) It is important to inspect all cartons for any visible damage to the

packaging. If there is a tear in the packaging make sure to open

package enough to inspect if there damage to the item inside. If there is

any damage you are to write this on the freight bill and refuse this item.

  * If you accept damaged items and do not write it on the freight bill

you will be charged all replacement charges.

4) If you open the cartons and find any errors in the items that you

received you have 7 days to contact us via e-mail or the web contact

form on this website.

 

Multiple Item Policy

Our products are shipped from several different manufacturers. If you

order more than one item they may be shipped and received on

different days. Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive all your

items on one shipment. Your remaining items will be delivered

separately.

 


Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes your order

information within 24 hours. Please contact us if you do not receive a

confirmation e-mail.

 


Shipping Confirmation

We will update your order status via email when your order is shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you wish to return your merchandise you must contact us via email

within 7 days. We need to classify your return as (A) damaged or

defective, or (B) refund or exchange.

(A) Damaged or defective items:

If the merchandise is damaged or has a defect we will send a

replacement to you at no additional cost. The item will be shipped to you

in a timely manner.

(B) Items for exchange or refunds:

Items that have no defects or damage can be returned only in the original

package with all the original paperwork.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee (of

the product purchase price) to inspect and process all returned items. In order

to provide you with the best value we often cover your inbound shipping cost,

however; When items are returned you will be responsible for all inbound and

outbound shipping expense.  We will notify you via email the total shipping

expense we have incurred. It is very important to have the item packed and

ready for shipping when the freight company arrives.
